Every game is like a pond hockey game exchanging chances. It works with the bottom tier teams but it’s not a recipe for success. I would like it a bit tighter in the neutral and D zones. Love the wins don’t get me wrong.

Barzal 18 assists in 17 games. They said first Islander in 30 plus years to do that. 8.5 for 8 seems like the value.

They were ahead all game and they still managed to make it suspenseful.

Not if we can avoid it. Of course, it depends on how much is coming the other way....

Love that the isles are winning but a few (col, nyr, Columbus, and cal) were come from behind and they were out played by a few others. Hopefully they can get it together for a full 60 and play a bit tighter in their own end and I still think they will need to add a top 6 forward

Glad Wahlstrom got one last night. He almost had another on a great feed from Barzal. I don't know if he wiffed or the D-man slightly deflected it.. They are winning and they are scoring.. currently 5th in the league in Goals For.. with 57.

That one certainly helps the Goals For... they are 10th in Goals per game at 3.25 though.. not too shabby. They are beating the teams they should beat for the most part, and they have some very good wins against the best teams in league too according to the experts.
