I guess it depends on if you're speaking about a specific fan or the fanbase as a whole. The casuals out number the hockey nerds like us and I think they've finally realized that this core isn't good.

You either need to win a lot or lose a lot. I am nowhere near frustrated, angry, or anything really. I turn on the game watch a bit of it and turn on another channel when I get bored.

If they wait until after the Buffalo game they have three days off before facing LA at home and then three more days before Vegas is in town. That’s as good as it gets. But honestly, do you believe a new coach can get more out of this team? You have to truly believe that if you are going to make the change.

Based on the comments from JR, I think he believes that a different coach that is more detail oriented could probably have them playing safer hockey, but I don’t think he believes they would be good.

Bruce is only a small part of the problem, they need to start taking out the trash core.

As Rubes said, Bruce is only part of the issue. If they fire him that’s almost $5m in salary being paid to coaches not to to coach, plus whatever they would need to do to replace him. And for what, certainly not a playoff push. Better to just stop talking to the media and go about their business (or losing)
