Does Krebs, Mitts, Joker packaged get you a legit NHLer from someone? Haven't followed other teams as much this year. Any disgruntled player somewhere? Are these guys essentially worthless to another team? - Fattony1187
probably not

Ideally a 3 for 1 ( 3 sabres) for 1 very good player would be a great situation.
Joker is probably on the block , with our solid top defense.
I still think mitts shakes this out to be a 55-60 point 2/3c
Krebs can go yesterday, but I'm sure KA wants to keep the guys he just brought in 1 year ago.
Add some picks if these guys are really nhl wide useless |

Owen Power is 19/20 (not sure if he turned 20 yet) and is playing 29 minutes in an NHL game against a league powerhouse and not looking out of place.
Does anyone realize just how impressive that is ? - sbroads24
He’s quietly a number 1 d-man and it’s great to see. |

Sabres are getting virtually no production from the Eichel trade right now and Eichel is trending towards an MVP caliber player.

Fun facts:
Mitts has 1 even strength point this season, tied with Comrie, 1 less than Krebs.
He also has 8 hits, 1 behind Girgs and 2 behind Krebs. |

They would never do it, but Pastrnak would only cost money as a big time UFA this offseason. |

KA and Staff are Hockey Operatjons.
The Business side, including in-game experience falls under the President, who is MIA.
A 5 year plan, IMO does not mean it end in hardware. Nope. It is the start of regularly being in the PO's and contending during windows. Your expectations are incorrect, again IMO. You feel differently, fine...but Adam's has been honest, if you disagree with the Plan, that is on you, it doesn't make it wrong.
Quinn (21yo, 14 NHL gms) , Peterka (21yo, 14 NHL gms), Cozens(21yo, 135 gms), Power (20yo, 23 NHL gms), Samuelsson (22yo, 59 NHL gms) all seem to be headed in the right direction but require alot more development time to reach full potential. Dahlin (22yo, 291 NHL gms) and Tage (25yo, 238 NHLgms) are budding superstars (can't believe I'm writing that about TNT lol) developing before your eyes. That's 9 guys now playing pretty well, but to varying degrees.
Tuch (26), Okposo (34), Skinner (30), Olofsson (27) aren't carry their weight. These Vets are failing the team, especially the last 5 games...vet leadership, where?
Girgenson (28), Mitts (24yo, 210 NHL gms) and Asplund have solid defensive game skills , but also need to contribute more on the scoresheet.
Krebs (21yo, 74 NHL gms) should be showing considerably more. He needs to earn his way up from 4th Line time soon, and he doesn't look like it is coming quickly. - IonSabres
Any good organization rebuilds to the low standard you're referring to in less than 3 years. To make the playoffs in the NHL you only need to make the 50% threshold. To require 5 years to hit the 50% mark is awful. poopty. Horribly bad. I don't know how anyone can be duped into thinking otherwise.
Thompson and Dahlin are where they need to be, and neither one of those players have anything to do with Adams. Put them aised.
Power is a consensus #1 pick. Not a feather in Adams' cap.
Cozens looks like a good 200' player, but he's not winning games for the Sabres. Let's not confuse him with Zegras.
Quinn and Peterka are all hope still. Peterka looks much better than Quinn to me. I don't know how anyone is counting Jack Quinn a success right now. He a non contributing factor so far as an NHLer.
Is there another forward on this roster even worth mentioning right now?
It looks like Adams successfully drafted a defensive defenseman in Samuelsson and brought in a solid middle pair guy in Boosh.
That ends the good moves in 3 years of marching towards the 50% standard.
The fact he let a franchise goalie walk to Boston for nothing should wipe out every smalltime good move he's made.
Fire this bum and bring in a pro.

Its honestly a joke. I believe the Sabres will be legitimately good eventually. But it’s impossible not to be with where and how many times they have drafted. It’s a numbers game
There has been absolutely nothing impressive done by KA and staff yet |

Krebs I'm giving a pass for his age. Although he's non existent
Girgs is disappointing, no more crash the boards near the guy with the puck. Peals off almost all contract.
Has taken received a disproportionate amount of big hits vs delivered hits of any size.
I'm on a limb with with mitts I guess. Like his effort , a lot.
Moving his feet, just has fumbalistis with the puck.
I think he's your 3c 55-60 point guy still. Even, short handed , pp..... |

Unfortunately for us I think we need to trade Vic to get a return. There has to be a good team with a bad power play out there. Vic can change that dynamic for them overnight.
What is any team really going to give us for Mitts or Krebs? Joker could return something I'd guess, but he has to come back and play |

Heck of a response drive.
The run blocking is coming along nicely. |

I think the game day presentation has gotten better (Atleast the videos have)
The lower the swords thing is neat
I hate the how loud the warmup music is and I hate how loud the goal horn is to notify people the Sabres are back on the ice
It’s getting better ….. the last few years was god awful.
They did a 90s night though. Perfection music and video wise.
So it can be done - Sabretooth9
Agreed that the videos have gotten way better over the past couple of years. I will say, the Sabres social media team is top notch as well.

Why can't ziggy have a different level of fandom than you?
You're miserable unless the Sabres are winning.
Others may see the big picture and enjoy the young teams growth and effort.
Eichel part of ziggys post was mocking guys like you ☝️
It was said in jest. - Boss34
The way it sounds its like people want to go back to the eichel era. Man he was exciting. We also sucked ass with the worst culture in the league. Yup I said culture.
We just kept up or played better than the best teams in the league. Nope we didnt win. But we will. This team is mentally strong.
But there always needs to be something to complain about |

3c 55-60 points to be successful
4c 25-40 points to be successful
Point wise anyways. |
