He's really overselling it. Quinn looked absolutely lost at points to start the year. I will go back and study the article for half an hour when it's not 75 and sunny in Buffalo in November, as it is interesting and a good amount of work was put into it. I might have to rewatch a game or two to counter argue some goals against. But damn sure not today.

I think you'd get the other team's Biro and Weisbach: guys that are very good for the minors but probably not going to ever be regulars in the big league. Biro still has a bit of upside.

Sabres are trying to develop and put pieces in place to be a Championship Team. Sabres have a lot of young D man, 3 or 4 are probably no more than 6 or 7 D . They really have no one coming up maybe Lindgren, but that's a ways away, if Johnson walks there really f@cked. I really don't understand the flake from people if they would have tried Bear or if they traded for Holl. Maybe they work or maybe they don't. Really doesn't hurt you to find out other than a 5th and 3.6mill in cap, I know that hurts and only leaves us 16m under the ceiling, damn were Broke!! Hell might get Lucky and 1 of those pieces fit nicely and damn you got a cheap Dman and a pick to boot. We are developing and building, doesn't mean you stop trying to find better material.
