If the Sabres keep it to within three tonight I'm calling it a moral victory.
Down three or potentially four top-4 caliber dmen is a ridiculous predicament. And this ain't the Coyotes they're playing - Hank Balling
Yeah....wishful thinking on my part. |

It's early in his development cycle. Donnie likes him.
You just hating on the guy thinking he is a 4 year vet like Mitts.
(I kinda like Mitts and am rooting for him cause many here hate on him and I find it funny to see him succeed...but the reality is continue to build trade value then leverage that value to improve the team at another position of need) - IonSabres
In theory, u have a point
But Mitts will have to explode offensively to get any kind of trade value that can even approach bringing back a player along the lines of Tuch
It’s just not realistic to see that happening imo

Well the way Mitts is playing, he seems much better suited for a 3C role than Krebs
But if Mitts can bring back another “Tuch” type player, then great
I just don’t know if that’s realistic though
And I’m not even penciling Ostlund, Kulich & Kozak into any slots with the Sabres yet
Even doing so with Savoie is a bit of a stretch at this point
We just don’t know how these guys will turn out
Remember Mitts was a top10 pick
And we’ve had many other 1st round busts as well
Remember when Grigorenko & Girgs we’re gonna be our “future 1-2 punch”?
🤣🤣🤣
Obviously that worked out like 🤮🤮🤮 - jdfitz77
Would require a package involving Mitts...his value alone isn't much...but it is increasing.
Also, banking on 1 prospect dangerous...but having 5 or 6 at a singular position is pretty, pretty good...just need 1 or 2, not all of them.
Watch out for Ostlund, he is sneaky good, but will take some time.

He's absolutely cookin' Can'tSkate28's ass...25% more points, in 20% less games at 33% of the cost.
Ztrain stealing Uncle Terry's money

Most prospects take YEARS before we really know what we’ve got
Heck, just look at Mitts as an example
I never saw him as a 2way forward, but he’s developing into that
I used to say an Asplund-Cozens-Tuch combo could be a nice 2way line for us
But if Mitts keeps his play up, let him Center that line & let Cozens focus more offensively between Quinn/Krebs & Peterka |

You think ESPN and NBC or whoever the other broadcast was is better?
No way
The commentating for the last two games was awful. |

Did Fitzgerald try and chest bump a Lightning only to bounce off?
And the real Erik Comrie has shown up. That was a dog. |

JJ has his legs moving early on.
It's gonna be a long night. They're just missing too many defensemen |

So far the story is their backup outplaying our starter. Hopefully this PP will help. |
