Yup. I guess Miller is not on list for the same reason as Brock?
- Reubenkincade

Hard to say if Miller is tradable. That’s a massive contract

Bruce and other mgmt are part of the problem, but the core is rotten.
- Reubenkincade

The only player I’d be reluctant to trade is Pettersson because he’s a center and he’s young at only 23, everything else can go. Horvat would look good in Rangers blue, they have two first round picks too I think?

We need Bubble Demko.

That just disguises the issues with this group.

I don’t think it’d be hard at all! He’s 29 and a good offensive winger in the right situation, this ain’t it.

Not sure but the following need to go:

Bo
Pouty
Kuzy
Hughes
Demko

I left off others like Brock because they require assets to move. This core (frank)ing stinks. Move them while they still have value

- CanuckDon

They are Young players that still havn’t reached their prime.

The whole teams been terrible 5vs5, they’ve gotta be better. Five of his eight goals have been on special teams, they all count, but the majority of the games played at even strength.

This. It's actually healthy for this organization if he has a down year. He covers up a lot of warts

I agree. A GM like Dumbass whose job is on the line does not care about year six of Millers contract. He needs to win now so I can see the Leafs pulling the trigger if they can work the cap.

Right. I can’t wait to hear the same thing with their 4th head coach next summer

Horvat would be a good fit in Ottawa or Buffalo.

Rangers, they need a center. Ottawa too with Norris injured and not coming back any time soon.

How do u get behind a guy like that? I mean he sewers the play all the time with prayer passes. Gotta be disheartening to rest of team. Like ok, as long as Miller gets his apples at all cost.
- Sayros

This is why he isn't a center. You can't be as irresponsible as him and play that position. But lucky Miller, he was a center last season just long enough to get paid as one for the next 7 seasons.

When he was on the trade market, I'm not sure the teams showing interest saw him as a bonifide center either. Career winger except last season and small sample sizes when he was young.

I think we see a coaching change after the next embarrassing loss, so next game.

Most GM’s aren’t in a rebuild mode and their agenda’s are to win, now! A little money back and forth and it’s not that hard. Need two willing GM’s though.

Rags have Zib/Trocheck...not sure if Drury will pay the premium price to add Horvat but that would give them a sick top 9

They both need to be sent down. Podkolzin has been awful this year, for the most part.

the entire bottom 6 got destroyed tonight

Problem is bigger than that, but the bottom 6 got worked by NJ, every shift looked like a 5v5 PK

As I have said, they need to start somewhere, unfortunately Bo may be 1st to go, which is a shame, because he is one of the few tolerable players on the team, but change must happen and not with the bottom part of the roster.

Horvat is a great complimentary center on a good team. That’s a good fit for him in my opinion.
