Had to say it. Scratch the bet. Zegras will slay. Up and comers usually pants the canucks, showing the fan base what a real rebuild looks like.

I remember we were one pick away from Zegras! That is if management would have been smart enough to choose him. Probably locked into Podz by then. In hindsight, only hope would have been if ducks took podz. Zegras too skilled, wouldn't translate well to nhl game.

This is nothing new, it's just nobody has been able to do anything about it. To me it starts with the leadership in the room or lack thereof.
