That's just stunning that he took over this franchise when it was at its absolute freaking worst and not only righted the ship but got it turned around fairly quickly. I thought he would have been 25 - 30 games under .500 but he is actually 47 and 58.

I guess that also goes to show you how bad the other coaches were as some of them had decent rosters. Bylsma was slightly better than Meatballs but not by much.

Yeah, Ralph killed the team's will to live and it took ownership something like 11 straight losses to put him down.
