At teh very least, we nee to achknowledge that these are serious allegations.

The fact that Forementon is in this situation and so many players aren't is interesting.

Is he the only player in this situation, to be sitting completely? Is it just because he was in the situation to have no contract when the news story broke, or is there more here?

The third guy isn't in the NHL i don't believe.

I'll say that from a very early age competitive hockey players are "mostly" entitled pigs. Badly behaved citizens.....and firing a whole board of directors who've been covering it up for years, and who learned to do so from their predecessors is great and all but not going to fix the next batch, and the next batch and so on.

I've had women tell me - through this whole thing that the manner in which these "puck bunnies" throw themselves at these young men is also......not helping the complete MESS of a situation. No, that doesn't mean a sexual assault is condoned or even excused but.......this is a mess. A big mess. And it's not getting cleaned up or fixed any time soon.

Destroying Formenton's career when so many before him got away with---paid their way out of----the same situation might be a way to start fixing it. Or sets a precedent even if they'll now go back and look at every World Junior tourney on Canadian soil.

It is showing up on Twitter and has enough specifics to have significant merit. Even Bruce Garrioch, who acts as the Senators journalist spokesperson has made the claim.

Something will have to give if they stay at or below .500 for much longer. It shouldn't, as the sesaon is long and they have so much talent, but that's the nature of being in such a big market. Wil it be a trade or firing?

I still think they are a safe bet to make the playoffs, but the East wont be a cake walk like last year, and giving up these points early one could make the difference between being a wild card team or home ice.

Yup I’ll stick with that one. Coached and played at nearly every level under junior. My kid aged out too. We’ve seen it all. Last years world juniors were hip deep in the same garbage behavior. Yes. Some of last years untouchable batch of heroes - the same behavior.
