Not sure which games you are watching. Asplund usually does the heavy lifting when it comes to the defense on his line. The guy is 5' 11" - in today's NHL that is average. The kid is a good player.

I can't remember your take on donnie, but it was most likely wrong. I think he's a great coach and noticed that asplund needs a kick in the butt.

He tried him at 4C.

It's fine to think this. It's also a fair to question who is markedly better than him that's available. Jeudy maybe, but he's also had his question marks. Claypool is for sure not. Outside of his 4 TD game, he's about as good as Juju SS or MVS. If there's a mastermind that can unlock Toney's God given ability, it's Reid.

Last year, I went to the commanders game, very chilly

Dolphins game was cold icy rainy and miserable

Jets game was windy and freezing and fans didn’t show up

Patriots game at the time was horrible. I didn’t truly enjoy it till watching the highlights.

I guess my point is …. Fans don’t want to be freezing at games and players don’t either.

I still went to the games I mentioned. But it wasn’t fun. It was a grind trying to survive some of them.

The 6-2 Knights with Eichel 3G and 4A in those 8 games? It didn't work for them last year, think you'll see Eichel play them into the postseason this year. Too much talent.
