From a business standpoint the NHL is missing out on the $$$ from this portion of the marketplace. Black people, gay people, women, etc. spend money too. From a moral point of view inclusion is a good thing…though I’m sure it’s just money that’s the motivating factor. For what it’s worth, I’m an old, straight, white male and I’m not insulted or worried by it. Not really sure what the big deal is. Relax, it’s going to be ok. They’re just models. The NHL is just trying to make more money.

Have you ever seen the Mummer’s parade in Philadelphia? It’s a parade made up of mostly working class white guys in Philly.
