I disagree with that.

Dach has an amazing transition game, he might very well be our best player to carry the puck into the offensive zone (kinda reminds me of Scott Gomez but the NJ devils version).

His underlying numbers and puck possession numbers are great and him and Monahan were great to cycle the puck in the offensive zone.

He's creating stuff out there, using his reach AND he's only 21.

Lots of things to improve on, but overall I've been mostly happy with his play.

I would agree. my point last night about the top6 is that these players we can expect to come back next year, except maybe for Monahan, we'll see. so give them top minutes.
all the others, bottom 6.
that being said, not much difference between top6 and top9 for the TOI at 5x5. the difference will be on special units.

It's a little crazy to say but I can't imagine how bad our top 6 would look without Monahan right now.

If Price doesn't confirm himself into LTIR and we don't make an absolutely huge win of a trade by getting him and a first for nothing, we'd be looking at a Dach + 2 guys that shouldn't be in the top 6 to start the season.

He's made the whole team more balanced and I hope he keeps it up.

then you'll be happy. Guhle and Harris are doing extremely well. the others (Dach, Xhekaj, Slaf...) seem to need a bit more time. no problem.
