I don’t like the way they have treated these guys in regards to their illnesses and the possibility that they were caused by conditions at their workplace. I do think they have a valid argument for replacing them in view of the teams unusually high number of injuries and their seeming inability to treat them properly. Considering their health conditions and their need for treatment it seemed to me that they were doing a nice thing keeping them employed in less demanding positions.
