were the tickets given to you for your free..?

but yeah I get it, maybe if they lowered the ticket prices at the Bell during the "reconstruction" phase I'd consider it but paying hundreds of dollars right now for that poop just sounds like a turrible idea lol.

they were gonna be free, yeah. they're our work tix. it doesn't even seem worth running around to get there after work. i'll watch it at home. maybe.

i used to LOVE these mother(frank)ers! when i was a kid i watched every televised game during a 5 year stretch when they didn't even make the playoffs! now i'm turning down free home opener tix.

i just don't feel like they're even trying compared to what it was like before ed snider died. and this GM. holy cow. they could be bad for 10 years. they've never been hopeless for a long time and i feel like it's totally possible now that they just drift for seasons at a time.

and you surely aren't the only fan that feels this way... I know the fanbase can be harsh in MTL, but is it safe to say that fans in Philly could get impatient as well? that might force the Flyers to do some important management changes at some point...

Hains: Canadiens Sign Logan Mailloux to a 3-Year Entry-Level Contract

The Habs brass reached a decision on the hot potato that was Logan Mailloux, they elected to sign the prospect to a 3-year entry-level deal.

they'll get impatient. a lot of them already are because we're not used to the nothingness that's going on. but i think these might be the kind of fans who will all say they're not giving them their money anymore but keep giving them their money. i hope i'm wrong about that part.

yeah, sometimes I feel the habs could dress the Olympiques de Gatineau as an NHL roster and the Bell would still be full. the difference is though is that hockey is basically the ultimate pro sport in Quebec, there aren't many other interesting options that sports fans can turn to.

maybe the sixers being in a good cycle will help distract people but the flyers fans aren't like the fans of the other teams in the city. the team-fan relationship has always been different. loyal, passionate, crazy fans but they fell in love with the team because the team and the organization were always working and always trying. it's hard to explain. but it really makes me question if they'll be able to stop going.

when i do actually go this year it will be interesting to see if/how the intensity of the fans changes. you know, like, how you can feel it in there. other than that if i go i'll just be going to hang out with watson or because someone at work wants to go in a group with the tix.

oh I totally get it, habs fans are as loyal and insane as they get when it comes to the Sainte-Flanelle. studies have even been made comparing it to a form of religion loll...

soon it'll be more expensive to buy one can of Molson Ex at the Bell than a 24 case at the dep.

These liberated, predatory girls (I can't say what they really are or I will get banned) go out and get trashed and then are embarrassed when Granny gets to see what they really are so they put on their oh so innocent, virginal pigtails and try to destroy a young man's career and they get total support from the whole friggin lot of you.

You are the reason Hockey Canada chooses to pay off the gold diggers that prey on young men in all professional sports because all they need is the allegation without evidence of any kind and that's more than enough for the whole nauseating, sanctimonious, virtue signaling bunch of you.

In this most recent case it was the step father who saw the dollar signs and decided to try and cash in.
