it's probably gonna take some time, but hearing Jocelyn Thibault talk about it I think they're on the right track.

Yeah he is a good hockey mind and a very good guy I had the chance to meet last year. Very classy

they can send Slaf, Guhle, Harris, Jackeye and Barron to start with, waiver exempt.

Yes, Goalfield and Suzuki will stick around with the Habs

because the whole point of the season was player development, with St-Louis to support them?

well they might as well send them down too, and ask for 15$ for a can of Molson at la Place Bell.

(frank)ing miserable season, tabarnak.

Harris is as much “NHL ready” than Ghule…. Ghule had a more difficult game Tuesday night…. But man, he is the real deal…

Barron did not play great and Arber is ahead of him in my mind.

Next off season games will be interesting…

heard a roomer that the Habs might trade for another player going to LTIR in order to create more cap space for this year to be able to pick up a bigger salary on the waiver wire.

So trade for a player going to LTIR, get another pick in exchange, use that cap space to pick up a RD

example: Tucker Poolman from Vancouver, 2yrs left at 2.5M/yr, will be on LTIR

- Symba007

Looks like Byron might be done, he is going to LTIR.

so... is he just saying that, or is he forcing resignations?

also I don't think the name change would be necessary or useful lol

I think they already assumed he was going there. Honestly I don't know the situation with the various variables...I think it was Seravalli who said the Habs were looking for an LTIR contract to trade for to create additional cap space.

I meant he is done done as in Carey Price done.

He was always likely to start the year on LTIR, looks like the whole year now.

Feds don't have the power to fire them so the pressure has to come from all the provinces pulling out and the same for the sponsors

I think what is being said is that they will just bypass Hockey Canada with a new organization and work with sponsors, provinces and other partners to have that as the default hockey umbrella organization in the country.

Then they do not have to resign.
