They COULD offer more, but obviously haven't or he would of been traded. The most appealing part of Chychrun is his term, the longer it takes Arizona to trade him the less value they get back in return. He hasn't shown to be a player where desperation would be a factor for teams to throw out huge offers, unless he has a MONSTER season.
