Here's the way I see it. The cap space is there now. There's a pretty damn good young player potentially on the block. The top 4 on D looks pretty good to me for the foreseeable future. Go get the guy if you want him, without getting totally butt plugged in the trade. If it means you can't sign a good young guy from within the system 4 years from now, so be it. If enough of them pan out where it becomes an issue I'll consider it all a success anyways. Trade Said guy for the return you're giving up now to get this player 4 years from now and keep rolling because it'll mean the team is great anyways. IMO. - TheHank
Jason Robertson, at 23, would be the best player on the Buffalo Sabres the day we acquired him. Would turn my opinion on Adams 180 degrees. I would trade any two in the prospect pool not named Power and laugh all the way to the scoreboard every night watching this guy light the lamp and grow into his 6'3" frame. Can we throw in Krebs before they watch video on him?
Hell, I'd probably trade Power heads up for Robertson.

Lol 😂. You are definitely trolling by trading power for Robertson.
What does the Dahlin deal for Robertson look like? - Hank Balling
I would say one for one, but if that's the price I would rather Power. No matter what Power is going to be, he's a rookie this year and will have rookie growing pains. Get ready for 26 this year. He could have had three goals last night. his ability to create his own space in the O zone is uncanny.
