You might wanna check those stats again.....

Going over the past two years:

Debrincat 134 GP 73 G 61 A 134 P
Robertson 125 GP 59 G 66 A 124 P

Pretty close, although Debrincat is actually still ahead on a per game basis. If you go just by last year, Robertson is up one. I'll lean the guy who's gotten 40 twice already and easily would have in the shortened season.

I'll take the 6'3 phenom for additional pieces over the other 2 midgets

- DirtyDan

Fiala is 5'10" 195. Hardly small. Robertson is taller, but hardly as thick. 6'3" 200. That said, I'm not disagreeing on Fiala v Robertson, I think everyone knows that answer.

It is going to hurt to make a trade for Robertson in terms of what the Sabres need to give up to get him, unless Dallas is totally inept.

None of the above would hurt to give up for a player of his quality.

Well said, I would rather move any of Krebs, Quinn, Mitts, Ostlund, all of next year's 2nd's before Samuelsson.

I think samuelsson needs to stay. If he keeps progressing he is a guy we need. Let’s just make sure he keeps his shin guards clean.

This team doesn't have room to remove a top 4 D. Dip into the forward group, there's a healthy flow there.

I agree but I would throw JJ in there instead of Quinn. Though with Robertson coming this way Quinn could be dealt as we would have 3 40 goal scorers (if you count Tage) (Yes Tage hasn't scored 40 but I think he could)

Why, Debrincat is a year older and has 2 40 goal seasons and a 30 goal season. Both fantastic Hockey players just one your gonna pay double for now.

He needs to set up weekly meetings coordinating 4 different branches of the organization to open communication ensuring clean shin pads.

As someone else said, that was for a broken, in need of a brand new surgery Eichel.

Plus, Olofsson is not as good as Tuch, which is obvious.

By today's hockey standards, no 5'10" might be on the smaller side, but hardly midget worthy. Your being difficult to be. I know you aren't going to touch the weight aspect between the two of them. 5 inches taller but only 5 lbs heavier. You decide if that matters or not. I also said Robertson is the better asset, and who honestly would disagree? No one. But call

Aren't the contract situations quite different between Robertson and Debrincat, which is a big part of the return being quite different?

They have been equal in Robertson's 2 years.. And comparing there first 2 years Robertson is a ppg player and Debrincat had like a .78ppg
