Holl played 5 games and was a problem every single second he was on the ice.

I agree that Bill Ny in the trade is no bueno. Other teams are offering piddles, so it makes no sense that the Leafs would need to put Bill Ny into the trade (Bill Ny > the entirety of Ottawa's assumed "trade"). Picks and prospects is what they should want, anyways.

And (frank) no to Subban. Would be horrible. Trying to get rid of Holl, not add another one.

But my whole wanting Chychrun business, is that I think Muzzin should be traded (if he accepts being traded, of course), even if he played good hockey in the playoffs. And a healthy Chychrun would be a fantastic addition. Makes less $$$ than Muzzin and is better.

I think Muzzin is here to stay this season. Mirtle has said multiple times that Leafs and Muzzin both want to do it this year.

Next year sure.

I think the Leafs want to see how guys like Robertson, Holmberg, Knies, and maybe even Hirvonen can fill out the lineup in the next year before they trade them.

Most probably, yeah. I've figured that's how it'd likely play out, but was hopeful it wouldn't.

I'd love to see Robertson given a legit shot now, though.

I would take Motte at that in a heartbeat.
