Kikuchi isn’t horrible every start

Jays are 6 and 13 for his starts. He's the only pitcher in the rotation that has more losses for his starts than wins. His walks per 9 innings is atrocious. He walks .200 hitters on a regular basis. Can't or won't throw his best pitch (fastball) for strikes. Other than that he's great.
