When did that happen to you with the 14 days and what not?

Vaccine mandates for kids under 5? I haven't heard anything along the lines of that in month and months. Vaccines arnt even being talked about anymore. Are you really afraid of that?

- MattStrat

One of Trudeau's health ministers just came out and said that we may need to consider shifting the goal posts the term fully vaccinated. I have also heard that there have been internal talks on whether vaccination should be a requirement for school/daycare including those under 5.

I am not afraid of it per se but it is the red line that would cause me to relocate south of the border. I don't put anything past this government.

Harley Quinn was actually made for the cartoon Batman: The Animated Series, not the comics, she became such a big hit in the cartoon that they started adding her to the comics.

I really hope it doesn't become a musical. That would be odd.

I'm fine with them being different films (Suicide Squad vs. Joker), that SS universe is too over the top for Margot Robbie to work in the Joker even if she absolutely kills it as Harley.

And I really hope the guy at the end of the Batman gets to play his version of the Joker, he was gnarly af.

Barry Keoghan is an excellent actor. Have you seen Killing of a Sacred Dear? He's an excellent Joker cast. I just wish the aesthetic they went with didn't suck.

Ah ok, then yeah, I kind of wish they didn't put Harley Quinn in it, but I can see Gaga playing it pretty dark.

That dude is totally going to get to play Joker. He's too big of an actor for them to just use him for five minutes and no plans for another movie.

I had no idea who the guy even was when I googled him. Only thing I knew him from was Dunkirk and I hated that god damn movie.

He was good in this movie called American Animals and had a small but good role in The Green Knight.

I haven't travelled internationally, but have had friends and family do so....they mentioned CANarrive stuff but none found it as daunting as you've described. Still though, it should go. Its wack. I, and others, have however travelled around country pretty freely, since June.

I havent heard anything along the lines of what you said about Trudeau's Health Minister saying that....can you point me in a direction to see/read on that?

As for the kids stuff...its not happening. They even dropped the kids having to have 2 shots a long time ago.

I havent talked about/discussed any of this sh!t in months, until today. Havent even thought about it or C19 except hearing of someone having it here and there.

I have not, but I just watched the trailer.

I kinda of like the aesthetic. It's not what I wanted to see, I typically like the cleaner/pointy style of Joker like the Killing Joke but he's got a little bit of the "Death of the Family" joker vibe to me, maybe pulling out his hair as opposed to cutting his face off lol

I feel like the aesthetic works for the style of Gotham/Batman Reeves is making.

Just don't relocate to NY, especially Rockland, Orange and Sullivan counties unless you want a nice side order of polio with your covid.

Yeah, I'm all on board with not worrying about Covid. Everyone should manage their own risks. I have also crossed the border and not had any issue on different occasions also. Everything the government is doing just seems like a test... how far can we push things before people lose their minds.

I guess Im interpreting this article and what she said differently than you. My understanding of it is that it's not about a change in policy coming, more so in general terminalogy usage, to realize that you're (the public) not fully vaccinated/protected if you haven't had more than two shots. I think this would be the right thing for a health minister to say.

That article is also two months old and I couldnt find anything else along the lines of it in my searches.

Vaccinations are approved in Canada for children as well some universities require a minimum of 3 shots to be on campus. It is ever changing in Canada to require more.

That's the hope, but he's at an age where you can't be sure.

We'll he's also being slotted in the second pair. He doesn't have to do everything. I think he's in a position to succeed here. But I do get what you are saying.

Players playing in their proper roles changes everything. What I expect:

-Petry to excel in a 2nd pair role.

-Rutta to excel in a 3rd pairing role (even though he’s unnecessary)

-Carter to have a better year by not being overextended in a top six role for long periods

For sure, and now I'm on that Rust to the second line train. I don't think the top line will take much of a hit if any switching Rust and Rak but I think the second line will gain more goal scoring.

These are the Pittsburgh Penguins. There will be an injury before the season starts lol

Beating the RW dead horse and I know you're not a fan of him, but I think moving McGinn should be done. Leaves more space for call-ups and allows to get a better look at some of the younger players.

I know everyone poops on Nylander, but I really would like to get a look at him.

- Rinosaur

Well if someone is injured, then they might just keep Friedman.

I'd love to move McGinn, not because he's garbage, just unnecessary cost. But that's why I don't think they can move him. Almost everyone is in the same boat cap wise and the few teams that aren't won't be wasting space on a solid 4th liner.

I wouldn't mind a look at Nylander, but he's blocked now. Even DOC is. No space on the roster or in the top 9 until someone falters or is injured. And then, I want to see DOC first or even Poehling.

Trump has easily been the worst president of all time and he basically opened a can of worms of division in this country that would have happened eventually. Everything that's going wrong systematically with our country has been bubbling for a long time. He just sped up the process. I just don't know if it would have erupted as badly it did under another President (Republican or Democrat). I don't care who is president right now, it could Biden, Cruz, DeSantis, Newsome, etc... the mess will take more than one term to fix.

I saw that Andrew Yang along with other moderate Democrats and Republicans are working on starting a third party which would be great, but third parties never seem to take flight.

You know what? You just described the politics here in Brazil. In October we hope we get our Trump (Bolsonaro) out. He's an idiot and acts like a little Hitler.

Lula should win it but any person who follows politics closely knows a lot of deconstruction took place the last 3-4 years.

Honestly I like the idea of each line having one high skilled winger in each line: Guentzel to Crosby, Rakell to Malkin. Zucker and Rust are the hustlers. I'm open to the idea of trying out Zucker with Crosby if he doesn't do well with 71 and 67.
