but no, I was doing a pretty good job... I don't consider myself a "chef" by any means but I can handle things in the kitchen and prepare decent food.

(frank), on one of my last shifts I remember a garbage truck behind the restaurant emptying the bin on the ground and leaving with the bin, because they hadn't paid the waste collecting company lololll
