I dont think we can. We would have to get out of Panarin and Troubas contracts first. Granted I believe we need to get out of Trouba’s contract regardless since his NMC becomes a NTC in 2024.

Gotta figure Matthews is lookin at the richest contract in hockey history. Id be shocked if he got less than 13m per year.
