You can't read. I clearly explained that those teams that are over, already have an avenue in place to be cap compliant. So they are not at risk. They don't have to rely on another team to bail them out. So why are you posting to the link to show what I'm clearly talking about?
I've tried to explain to you why the Flyers can't just say we'll use the 10% overage to sign Gaudreau and then hope that another team will bail them out and take what they want to move so they can be cap compliant. Multiple times.
That's not saying that no team will go over the cap in July! Somehow you think I'm saying that.
What the frick are you talking about?

Well there’s some rumors that Liane is on the block now that Columbus got JG. He only has the one year on his deal so it shouldn’t cost the farm. He is young and you can build around him more than with anyone we have now… - hereticpride
At this point….. no. Absolutely thank, sell everything for picks, hopefully Bedard. |

As I recall, they had to let Markov walk coming back from the lost year of 04-05 due to bringing in Forsberg, Rathje and Hatcher.

- True story! I have emailed Comcast and Dave Scott many times that they should ditch Chuckles the Clown and hire you, but I have not gotten a response. I'm glad that you admit you are an expert as opposed to the normal talking down to and insulting anyone that does not share your point of view. |

There goes the twit again. Sorry you don’t get to state your opinion as fact. Then try to ADD some sort of back pedal explanation. You stated
1)teams don’t go over cap by millions in mid July
You said this because your opinion (not fact) was trading Jvr or buying him out wouldn’t even cover 50% of cap money to sign jg. As a means to “prove” I was full of poop.
2) then tried to back pedal as you ALWAYS DO when proven a twit that there needs to be or always in some sort of path of these teams that ( never go millions over cap in mid July) to become cap complient by beginning of season which by the way is also bs. As teams have no choice to be complient.
You are wrong yet again.
We all know there’s no arguing with you. You aren’t the resident expert on anything except in your mind. That’s what makes you a troll. It’s mildly amusing to sane people to prove you wrong. Sorry not sorry we get enjoyment knowing and calling you out on it.
You do make good points sometimes and your opinions and debates are good sometimes. That’s what chat sites are for and as fans why we debate. However if you truly believe some of the things you say and think or at least present things I actually feel sorry for you because there’s definitely underlying mental problems. And hope someone finds help for you. I truly mean that. Personally I think you just get your rocks off on trolling on a daily basis. I am certain of 1 thing tho. It’s really gotta be a lonely life.
I mean if best you can do is believe your some resident expert on a (frank)ing hockey rumor site about a cap that you clearly are not is some highlight of existence that’s pretty sad.
Might I suggest maybe go watch a (frank)ing sunset or some ducks swim or something… |

So under that theory philly couldn’t get jg if trading Jvr. Or buying him out because wouldn’t get 50% of the way to cap complient by start of season as mjl stated?
Sooooo using my wrong again surprise and your examples above can we add…
Phi:Ellis
Phi:farabee
Phi: coots(is he even cleared yet)
Phi: allison((frank)s always injured
Oh or does that not fit the narrative.
So using that flawed excuse to defend why a team is allowed to go over cap by 10% in off season and I’ll add THEY ARE ALLOWED TO GO OVER 10% LEAGUE AND CBA DOESNT GIVE TWO poopS WHY YOU DO OR IF YOU HAVE A PATH OR NOT USING LTIR PLANS TO NOT RESIGN RFA’s OR IF YOU DONT ROSTER FULL ALOTTED NUMBEE OF PLAYERS OR WHATEVER EXCUSE AS LONG AS YOUR AT OR UNDER CAP LIMIT DAY 1
Mjl is wrong. And sorry but you are wrong also |

They think they know how cap works. They know poop. Funny thing is a few years ago philly started season with less players than full roster to be cap complient. You don’t have to have 22 man roster.
Pit could easily carry 20 or 21 until they figure out what to do or any team for that matter. Then thinking you have to have some path to be complient in July using ltir as examples is totally retarded and false. All that matters is day 1 regular season. Actually even funnier is teams make rosters moves right up til last second with waivers placements back to jrs ahl all types of decisions last second. No path needed to prevent a team from using 10% allowance in off season. Cap experts like mjl should know this. But when caught and proven wrong will spin spin spin as always |

Also. Since you want to jump in ltir means Richard as a path. Please explain in your examples of players that are planned to go to ltir how are teams cap complient? You do understand you can’t say on day 1 if for example cap is 80 mil oh were at 88mil oh by the way nhl league office yeah put this or that player on ltir.
There is no ltir at set moment of opening of season. You have to be cap complient. So since you want to jump in please explain how I don’t understand teams currently over cap have players going on ltir. Stayin alive wrong again my ass. I can’t wait for this spin. Oh let me guess oh those teams will have to make roster moves THEN USE LTIR. Oh so mjl saying jg at 10 mil we couldn’t do. My ass |

And I’ll also add since you want to jump in you can add philly to list of over cap assuming we resign rfa’s. Guess what. They’ll have to juggle roster on paper to be cap complient at noon on day 1 opening day of season. Some of you just don’t understand much at all. Base your opinions on simple basic fact |

Nothing to do with anything I said. You look like an idiot. Now all of a sudden you think it's a discussion on how LTIR works. You don't even realize that in a previous post that I already discussed using LTIR and that the Flyers could try and fit in Gaudreau and use Farabee and Ellis on LTIR. However that could be a problem when or if both are ready to play and the Flyers would then have to make a move. Which is what teams won't do in July! Or in October for that matter! LOL The Flyers didn't do that did they? Wonder why? |

Ellis they still have no idea of his timetable. Could be soon, could be never. Chuck is scared to make any assumptions.
Farabee is gonna miss only a couple of weeks of the season.
Coots and Allison are ready to go.
But yeah... keep believing the Flyers could just sign a $10M player right now. 🤡

no understanding of the cap and a reading comprehension issue. On top of a credibility issue. It's just sad.
