they'll be much better than last year Pat.

I think we may have a different interpretation of what "much better" means...

it's probably less expensive than what you charge to attend a party at your place.

Most likely since I'm a nice guy to be around.

gonna be a long season in here with a bunch of folks cheering for losses... tabarnak

I can put up with a rebuild and suffer through a couple of years rather than suffering for 30 years with false hopes and rosters that don’t make sense. This will be worth it Pat 👍🏻. This is a different org from top to bottom now. Just have to get some good assistant coaches to help MSL.

I’ve heard the MSL has been chatting with Marc Crawford for assistant coach. Would be good

It's a long overdue rebuild phase ... we better suck it up and get used to losing.

I'd rather suck for a few years than being stuck in no-man's land (9th) like we've been for the last 25 years.

oh I know, and I'll be happy if they do finish at the bottom if it means grabbing another good pick, but I hate the process of getting there, I just can't cheer for losses, and it annoys the (frank) out of me when fans are disappointed because they actually won a game... at least I know what to expect loll

I completely understand. I hate to see them be a joke. But I’ve changed my vantage point and want to see the kids get properly developed, supported, better asset management and building a contender. There still should be plenty of things to be happy and hopeful for moving forward.

As an assistant, I have no problem with it. As head coach, no. He’ll also be able to mentor MSL a bit to get him used to the speed of the game behind the bench. We can’t get any worse and now that Luke is gone, all the coaches have 1-2 years behind them at this point. We need a veteran back there

agreed on the veteran part. I think I heard MSL had started doing interviews, if he goes with Crawford then so be it.

I think they need a guy to work with the D, like Richardson was doing, especially with all the kids coming up.

So if they go after a guy like Crawfords, they still need another person in there, too.

Crawford could replace Burrows and he can go work in development. Letowski only has a year under his belt and MSL was coaching Bantam last year. Lol

exactly

anyway I rather have St-Louis choosing the guy he'll work with, rather than imposing him one.

it seems Burrows and St-Louis were getting along really well, not sure if they'll do that but anything is possible.

For sure. It’ll follow suit with how they’ve put the current management team together thus far. Go with who you know, trust and can work with that hopefully compliments one another

ben là, don't set the bar too high Pat. they'll be 2x times better. out in 3 months instead of 1 1/2. that to me is much better.
which btw doesn't mean good.
