That's fair, but I can't see it changing much. The future considerations seem to be just us handing them a piece and nothing coming back. If that assessment isn't correct, it would have to be one hell of a fleece job to level it out.

If anything, the way I've read it... The future considerations here scare me cause there's room for it to get worse then better.

Didn't Arizona insist on getting 4 pieces back, in return for Jacob Chychrun? Sandin, Leafs second, Ottawa's 3rd and Leafs 7th. Do you make that deal? Maybe it's part of a bigger move that's being made.
