Totally different mgmt. They could just want to unload his money. Maybe something so silly like for Nemeth and pick could work. How we judge these things isn’t even close sometimes.

Like I said yesterday, when I saw Georgy get 3 picks…I can assume we can get McDavid for Nemeth now

That’s what I’m saying. It’s whatever lol I don’t really care. I thought they did really well for the picks they had. I like all the profiles. When I see I C+ I think these guys suck

apparently Devils had their hearts set on Slafkovsky, when Montreal took him, they thought about trading down but didnt have the time, so they took that bust defensemen 2nd overall

Any other decent options other than D. Strome? That would be bizarre to go from one Strome to another. Almost too bizarre IMO.

I like the idea of signing a vet like Statsny. Guy scored 21 last season and is a beast on draws. Probably get the same 1 year deal he got last season at $3.75M.

That’s what Chytil got figured he’ll get around there. I went a lil high on purpose for a couple guys.

All in all when I’ve done these I just like the team better with Chytil as the 2C and depth on the bottom 6 instead of the big fish

I think Dylan's points total is inflated by centering Kane ( where have we heard that before? ).
I am REALLY torn over this. Kane is a SUPERSTAR and I think he would be excited to play on Broadway. However, he is 34 and how do we pay him after next year? Plus, he is not a Center, which is what we REALLY need! I have to place faith in Drury on this one. So tempting...

He’s made $70 million already for gods sake

Remember he has the hammer which should give us some leverage to keep the return kinda low.
