Its the same situation as Debrincat or anyone else.

Where do they actually value the player? If they think that after the last few years and everything else that he doesn't fit then he doesn't fit.

I'd move Debrincat for a top 5 pick a 2023 first and a highly thought of asset. I don't think that everyone would agree that is a fair price.

Moving Dach to move Dach and capitalize on whatever value is left may be a good decision and it may bite them in the ass. If he continues to tread water then getting a first seems like good value. If he scores 20 goals next year its maybe an oops.

Not like they can get much worse. At least it'll be entertaining if they go a little nuts shuffling the deck.

I wouldn't know as well as KD, but I'm not ready to dump Dach yet. He actually tries to play in three zones, and I'd like to see what a stable coaching situation does for him.

Your spot on and for dcat top 10 pick plus a lot more unless it the 2nd overall pick. Imo I think Ottawa or Buffalo make a big offer to land dcat.

Georgiev will win it, he may be on the smaller side but he's way more talented than any goalie they've had in the last so many years. He was winning games for a bad Rangers team. This may actually bite the Rangers in the ass one year if they face the Avs in the finals.

I don't think - for some - the return matters; tolerating the suckage of the next several years will be hard for some to take. KD and Luke are in for a beating here, imo.

If the mission is to get a 1st rounder for tonight or bust. That can happen by trading a recent 1st rd pick. I heard toward the end of the season that some veterans were not loving Dach's attitude. So if things stall on the Cat front, I wouldn't be surprised if Dach goes.
