We can hope that maybe like Pettersson there is something to see here. Petey probably could have gone 1OA all things considered. Hopefully Allvin has this as complimentary and see something that we can't.

I just see him as another Jordan Schoeder or Hunter Shinkaruk. Players who were rated top 10 by Central Scouting but fell due to too many red flags in their game or personal lives.

Bob Mackenzie had him at 8th. Some scouts had him as high as 5th. I don’t think he was below 10th in any rankings.

I can understand that sentiment and the comparsions in size are there...but i think the skill level and IQ is much, much higher than those two.

Keep in mind, this 'llittle smurf' potted 7 goals and 9pts in 26GP among men in the SHL as a 17 year old.

Honestly, they went BPA and i dont think you can fault them for that. Anything else would have been stupid.
