I could see Seattle overpay, that said Kadri will be 32 in October. Hard to see Boston paying a penny more than they did for Hall, who signed 4 X $6M at age 29. Honestly though, it's click bait from Kypreos. He's not too sharp.

JVR was coming off 5 straight seasons of goal scoring excellence. 30, 27, 14 in 40 games, 29 and 36 and was 3 yrs younger than Kadri when he signed. Kadri has scored more than Bunting's 63 points once in his career (this season). Not saying impossible, but doubt $9.5M is realistic especially if term is involved.

Better targets for Francis to get in on there. I actually kid of hoped they might get in on Mik.

Overall I think we wont hear a whole lot of what Dubas is really up to. I mean nobody saw Boosh coming or Muzzin or really any of the trade type moves. He does tend to keep things relatively quiet. Why he was rather pissed over the Chicago talk details getting leaked and out there.

I expect he might have one big move up his sleeve just before or at the draft.
