Varlamov has one year left at $5M. If the Hawks can net Raty or Dufour, then I'm all for it. They're two of the Isles top prospects so not sure if that's doable but definitely aim high then negotiate from there.

Dufour has emerged this past season as potentially the steal of the 2020 draft as a 5th rounder. IIRC, he was highly regarded during his draft year, too.

If I had to chose, I’d prefer KD targets Mrazek as the pick/prospects Toronto includes could be better that what the Isles would offer. Maybe KD grabs both goalies and double the return? Varlamov could be flipped at the TDL too.
