IMO, the only way I could see any of them dealt is for DeBrincat. Outside of that, I just don't see it. Ellis's career could really be over. York is unproven. Take away Sanheim or Provy and the top 4 gets really thin. Farabee is on the shelf, may be TK makes a little more sense in a trade then a Dman to make room for DeBrincat or Johnny Hockey.

With the Kings feeling pressure now to deal some of its future assets for current players, I really wouldn’t mind a trade involving TK or Sandheim or Provy where Brandt Clarke comes back. LA needs top 4 LHD. I read some stuff out of LA last summer that they had interest in Sandheim. Maybe this could happen.

JVR is on his final year. We can eat money and move him for value or someone will trade for him knowing they can eat money and move him for value at the deadline lol.

I would love Sanheim in Detroit but he would have to be extended to be worth it and not sure what the Wings would be willing to give up. Wings could use a LHD and the only one on the UFA market worth anything to me is Zadorov but i would pair him with Hronek not Seider. Sanheim would make a good partner for Seider.

Now that would be the best defense the Wings have iced since Lidstrom retired.

I really have no idea what to expect from this draft. Cutter is such a CF/Flyers pick tho. Be annoying if they passed on more talented players to take what amounts to a "safe" winger.

Oh and the vid was Brad Lambert. Guy just flies. Nazar is a good skater too tho.

Gotcha on Lambert vid. Seems like this draft is more of a crapshoot than they usually are. Sometimes I think it's akin to throwing darts at a listing of players (save for the top superstars that are obvious) and getting lucky to see who turns out in a few years. I also think that a player's draft position gets them more opportunities to prove themselves in the NHL than those who were late drafts may get. Consider if Patrick had been drafted 43rd OA he probably never would have seen the ice at the NHL level the way he played. But, they were extremely patient with him more so than any other players would have gotten with the team.

Edvinsson looks like a future top 4 and likely 1st pair dman. I’ve read that he bulked up this year. But do you really think he’ll be up this year?
