I'll see what the team looks like opening night. There are lots of things I have liked and disliked about what the team has done. I don't make the decisions. So i just speculate ways that they can work.

This is bull sh!t. Brock the 30 goal scorer! News flash, his best season was his first and he has been crashing ever since. His best season was 29 goals. He is gifted soft minutes on the first line and PP. a soft 20 goal scorer that can’t drive play is not worth $5MM let alone $6.65.

Unless Alvin goes out and trades for reeves and macdermid and those thug types, the Canucks aren't going to suddenly get tougher. It's going to take years to find a balance between actually being good again and being tough. It's going to be an ugly few years I think
