Isn't that the character in The Lion King?

Honestly, no though.

Have kids over recently, pulled that out of nowhere?
Interesting, something happened doesn't leave Tampa with much in the pipeline. 🤔🤔

Might be the number of contracts?
I didn't look it up, but that is where my mind went initially.

Goaltenders are going to get paid ... there's a shortage.

5'9" defender...that is a concern in the d-zone playing against 6'3" guys. I mean, there is a strength and size difference that is real, not just numbers on paper.

He has potential to hit 1-2 more inches but that shouldn't stop teams he has pretty much destroyed every obstacle that has been tossed at him

If people are looking for the closest thing to Makar he's it ..

buffalo has the ability to slow cook him till he's ready so there's absolutely no rush to bring him into the NHL for 3 -4 years .

Mark my words he will be great

Looks like they would have to take him at 28 right...should be gone by 41.
I'd be ok with it, but like 36 said, they would need to find the right partner for him.

Wish the Draft was today. Think it's gonna be a fun one. And not from us in particular.

Just remember his bone age is delayed compared to his biological age once he hits his Growth spurt teams are definitely going to regret not taking him.

Was 2nd all time in points for a defenseman at the NTDP

Let's not forget he finished above players like Fox, Hughes, Sanderson, and McAvoy.

This is definitely a player you take at 28 and hit the lottery

NHL.com mock draft had him going 14.

Also had us taking Nazar at 28!

If I’m a scout. I’m not banking on a late growth spurt into my scouting report.

Makar growing 3-4 inches in college was a fluke. You can’t scout or know that ahead of time
