Bottom line, Trotz turned down 7 million from the Flyers and lucrative offers from up to 5 other teams. He was also offered the sun and moon by his hometown team(Jets). He turned them down too cause he wants to sort things out and spend some time with his family. In other words, you were dead wrong in your assumption that he laughed at the Flyers offer, but you are yet another one on here that can't admit when he is WRONG! Owned yet again! I have no doubt that the locker room is splintered and has been splintered for a few seasons now. The results on the ice speak for themselves, as well as comments from Fletcher and Yeo this past season. I think one of the things that got Torts this job was that he has a track record of rooting this sort of thing out of a locker room. I do expect things to get worse before they get better, with some players being traded to set the tone.
