I think that's kind of a bad way to look at it, Suzuki and Caufield still have a learning curve ahead of them, ideally you'd want them to play with the best player possible right now. - Pat1993
you seriiously think they would develop better playing with Nylander than playing with Armia?
I don't.
they need icetime, and a grinder to retrieve the puck, work the corners, be in front of the net... Anderson can do that. Armia too btw. |

meh, I wasn't suggesting Nylander, just saying that it should matter who they play with. Armia is too often a no-show, Anderson could probably fill in that role if he becomes a bit more consistent.

It's a distinct possibility, but I guess we'll see.
I hope the kid continues to show contrition and continues to go through the steps he needs to prove to everyone that he understands what he did was wrong... but also there needs to be a road to redemption for him, you know?
I hope he's allowed to just put his head down, do the work he needs to and continue his career. - Distrad
Leaving aside my feeling on the issue.... for the betterment of the guy, he should want to be sent to another market because MTL will eat him alive the first time he (frank)s something up on the ice.
And then it will get ugly.

do you always have this positive spin on things..?
- Pat1993
I am positive about him needing to be traded - not only for the organization, but for him to go into a market where he can just be a hockey player.
MTL is not that market.

Roman Josi actually had more first-place votes than Cale Makar for the Norris Trophy: 98-92. Extremely close ballot that Makar won - AGalchenyuk27
I think Josi had the better season (on a much weaker team with less overall offence capable players), but I won't fight with anyone that thinks Makar did.

yeah, I get what you're saying, at the same time I think the cancel culture thing has slowed down a bit, if he wants to wear the habs jersey and he's good enough I say why not.

Armia can do it, about 1 of 10 times he’ll try to, that’s the problem.. |

the trick here is to boost his value. have him play with the kids, PP...
then send his ass to the first sucker who makes you an offer. |
