À sa défense, c'était un peu cher pour un demi sous-sol dans un voisinage so-so...

Same as my 1200fps pellet gun.

Just took out the family of gophers camped out under the guest cottage.

no it isn't the same at all, your pellet gun actually has a logical purpose for existing.

Holy sh1t guys??? THOSE are the choices?

You're going to have to trade for a captain, because those choices are brutal!

Why? Because they're not league wide superstars? The best captains are the ones admired by the teams, and able to talk with the refs. The best captains lead with heart. All those options? Good choices, IMO.

I don't get why teams always pick in their star players for their captains. When I was a kid, the Habs captain were guys like Gainey, Carbonneau, Muller...

Meh, it's mostly that not all great players are also great leaders.

Take Kucherov for example. Amazing player. 100% convinced he'd be a poopty captain.

Habs are rebuilding, no rush to name a long term captain either. Let's wait and see who gets drafted this year and next.

Edmundson would be my pick. I know, I said it before.

But everyone on the team looks up to him and when his contract is up and he most likely leaves, he can pass the torch to whoever takes over as the leader of the next generation.

I'm starting to get nervous for the draft.

I know it's only poopty articles spewing nonsense everywhere.

But I really feel like picking Slaf has s "boom or bust" written all over it.

And god knows we cannot afford to mess another top pick...

Just pick Wright.

All good teams are built by being strong at center position

Wright is the guy to pick here.

I think Wright is their guy and I think they move move up for another pick to grab a skilled winger or a RHD.

I see more and more mock drafts with Rutger McGroarty slipping in the early 20s. That's a guy I'd highly consider if he drops to that range and we can move up.

Doubt he's still there at 26.

As long as they don’t pick a stupid goalie…

Future in NHL is no longer to build around a goalie… we tried that and we have an ordinary team since then…

Fortunately, no goaltender is predicted to be drafted in the first round this year.

There are no Knight, Askarov or Vasilevsky that might make you think about grabbing one, even with our late first or early 2nd.

Yeah I did, you made me an adept.

Of course you take everything Button says with a grain of salt, especially how high he is on Kemell for example.

This being said, Kemell was the Slafkovsky of the mid season so.... I guess he's still on that impression even today.

17 days before the draft. Weber moved, talks about Anderson, Armia, Hoffman, Drouin and Petry potentially being on the move...should be a fun summer in Habs land.
