We have a 100kw auto start diesel generator now. The milking robots go 24/7 so you can't be without power.
We're actually in the process of finalizing some numbers to try going off grid solar, but it's still a long shot. Need over 40 panels and large battery storage.

Mine’s 16kw natural gas (never ending fuel source), runs the cabin, and the guest cottage, fridges, tvs, stoves, the whole shebang.

Electrician said we could even add a/c to the cabin.

So..these milking robots, they pretty gentle?
