You definitely can. Maybe not 2023 pick, I suspect it will be hard to get teams to part with those but Provorov and Konecny are players worthy of a 1st round pick.

From what I understand, the NHL has an unwritten rule about team's making announcements during the finals, i.e. they don't want teams doing it.

Read what I said. Teams HIGH first round picks. That's what the Flyers need. To add elite talent to the roster.

I think Fletcher preaches more about puck possession, which leads to fewer goals against. Fletcher has rightly pointed out that the Flyers chase the game far too much over the past two seasons.
