I will agree to disagree on that one. what Anderson did is make a save when the team needed it, his numbers were those of an aging back up goalie.

31 games played, 17-12, 3.12 GAA and a .897 S.P.

I would argue that our offense was MUCH better after the Trade Deadline. Last 28 games we average 3.17 gpg.

Not necessarily. If they trade the forward they would presumably be bringing in other players (probably a D). The forward and the goalie are not necessarily linked.

I retain my position as wide-eyed optomist with this team as long as I see they're trying to win. All i need is a goalie. I'll be overjoyed if we come into the season with a goalie + either a top 6 forward or a thug nasty Radko Gudas type defenseman.

I'm hoping can't finish Cozens, skinny boy Krebs, or fatboy Mitts takes a jump next season. Cozens looked great in the international game. Maybe it's a sign of things to come.
