evening, mutants - Gramps28
hi |

He's one of the fittest players in the draft, one of the oldest and a legacy guy. He's an easy 20-30 pick. Especially a team who needs a guy who can be a 3rd liner sooner than later. - AdamFrench
We have five 3rd lines on that team when you include Laval Rockets…
Adding another one safe 3rd liner is just a lost pick…
I prefer they pick potential home runs like Josh Roy after our first second rounder…. |

I don't think Barron or Harris will play 82 games next season (if they make the team), so it's a good thing to have a vet for depth. - deadpoulet
True…
Wideman has a big Transition sign around his neck…
And if the kids play great, you alway can send him to Laval as I don’t think he will clear the wavers and if he does, you claim one yourself and given we will have mostly first rank pulling a guy from the wavers…. 0 risk signature… |

kane crosschecked him from behind in a dangerous area and kadri went crashing into the boards. it was exactly the play the NHL is trying to eliminate. kadri was in a vulnerable position being a bit off balance when kane hit him
wrong play. not really sure what happened with strome. he left the ice in pain favoring his arm/shoulder |

Why does it feel like the Habs ripped Wideman off?…. They couldn’t give him a flat $1m maybe? Dude is a team player |

It is a good deal indeed for him and I think Wideman could have signed for a Million for 1 year… but not 2…
So I think it is a win-win in a team that will lose-lose |

this game should be over. 5-2 or 5-3 EDM.
but good for them. they decided to go with him, pay the price. |

Change of subject… Shane Wright…. LOL
Is it me but his coach in Kingston “accepting” that the kid will develop his 2 way game is just bullpoop…
The kid has a great talent but I think he underdeveloped it by trying to play like Patrice Bergeron…
Who gives a (frank)! You have to let the kid not bothering about his defensive game and push him scoring 100 goals…
Mario Lemieux never gave a (frank) about playing a 2 way game…
