My parents wanted to take the family there one Christmas and my wife was on board. I wasn't.
Knowing how much she's terrified of spiders I had to find the worst pic possible. Just knowing the frog eating spider is there was enough to talk her out of it.

Loved the beach when I was a kid, now really don't like hot weather, sun or sand. Give me a mountain or lake and I'm happy.
My mother-in-law lived in Villas which is the inlet side across from Wildwood. We would have to go there for a week every year until she died. Kids loved it, I hated it.
