Before we get the guillotine, it should be pointed out that the crime was technically not proven in court. They voluntarily decided to settle outside of court.

Either way it's a PR disaster. You're either admitting the 8 are guilty and it happened...here's some hush money or you're the organizations calling a woman claiming to essentially be gang raped by your "employees" a liar and money seeker. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out now that some players are coming out and saying it wasn't them.

Still played close to 1400 NHL games. But he was no MacKinnon for sure.

I don't hate the player, but he also got benefits from playing with Bure and Mogilny

Linden at his best was good. Very good.

But he was never more than "very good"

Wright a l'air plus dynamique offensivement quand même.

Shane Wright will be better in the left column no doubt.

He has quite a shot.

yep, difficult decision. we don't want the one who was the best at 15, we want the one who will be the best at 25.
we should end up with a good player either way, but lets hope they choose wisely.

according to all 3 players (Wright, Slaf and Cooley), the Habs know everything about them....

I can't see them NOT drafting a center, yes Slaf would be great but he will need a great center to work with, outside of Suzuki the Habs don't have a great young center and everyone knows you build up front with your center line FIRST, not wingers.
