anybody know that irritating @mickey8rangers guy on twitter?
he's the idiot he used to post 10 different Eichel trades a day
he's spent like the last 48 hours or so on twitter, just arguing with people saying that if we win the Cup, Lundqvist should get to come on the ice in full uniform and celebrate

We all can flip flop .....right TJ *cough Chytil *cough - NYRCeph
Real men can admit when they’re wrong
In all seriousness, all he needed to do was shoot for spots instead of the goalies crest, which led to my frustration (more than others I assume lol) now he’s doing that..so I was kinda right? and it’s not like he wasn’t benched in February. He’s arrived and probably just in time because he has taken a stranglehold on a roster spot. I’m not sure that would’ve been the case without this playoffs.

It's interesting that Tampa appears to be quite bad at draws. Or were the Rangers just playing two of the best teams in the first 2 rounds regarding draws?

NYR was great against Tampa on Face offs, but on the bottom , league wide, in that category.....so how did Tampa win 2 Stanley Cups being subpar on Face offs? Another analytic that is used too broadly. Maybe winning timely face offs is more important than always being better than the opponent on the dot?

I was joking on myself as well.
I was on the trade Chytil train. Never hated him. Just move on.
He is playing with some crazy confidence for sure. It is still hard to believe he is only 22.

The thing with Chytil, which I argued relentlessly, was his age, you could see he had skill, and he was never really on a line that stayed together. He always had different players, was moved around and had some injuries. I've been saying for awhile if they could find wingers and have a set line I think he would do well. If that didn't work, I would be happy to move on.
edit: plus, post-game Kelly Hrudey referred to Chytil as Hertl no less than 4 times! - Tonybere
Give our team seven more wins and I won't give one good goddamn about what anyone says. Because the names will be written and remain on the Cup.
Let them go back and ask the 1989 Pistons who beat a depleted Lakers squad if they will give back their rings and trophy. Magic played five minutes in game 3 and none in game 4 and Detroit swept. In the record books, it says World Champions - Detroit Pistons
Along with the kid line theme, Miller is really playing well too. Doing everything right, and that pass to Chytil was ridic because he took a second to find him where he could get the pass through. The vision on that play is absurd
