that is not what I was doing at all either. I'm not saying everyone is a psychopath, but that the psychopaths that live there have easy access to weapons, and I wouldn't want my kids living in such an environment. even if Canada isn't perfect either I know the conditions are better. no offense.

wright IS the best player in this draft. he will be a very good NHL player. at worst he will be a 60-ish point 2 way player. but i think he will be a bit better than that.

the way I see it, at worse Wright becomes the O'Reilly type of player, at best, you get a Toews/Bergeron type but it will depend with whom he is playing and how strong the team is, it's not just him.

IMHO, the habs should leave him in juniors another year. let him mature a bit more. he really came on in the 2nd half of the season. let him build on that so he is coming into the league full of confidence. a bit more physically and emotionally mature.

i know they probably won't do it but i think itwould be best for his long term development. mainly because of how much COVID messed with his development for a couple of seasons.
