so this isn't a joke, but actually Brian Wilde's perspective? this is the kind of bullpoop that makes me feel it would almost be better if Quebec was its own (frank)ing country. - Pat1993
Instead of reading the bill itself, they just drink the drivel kool aid written in the Globe and Mail and the National Post, by "journalist" who don't live here.

comments if they draft Wright: oh my, they went with the "safer bet", but missed out on the highest potential available.
comments if they don't draft Wright: oh my, they took a big risk there, they should've went with the "safer bet". - Pat1993
My comment if they draft Wright: Good.
My comment if they draft anyone else: (frank)ing (frank) they better hope the (frank) we drafted becomes (frank)ing good or I'll (frank)ing murder (frank)ing Mr. Peanut out of (frank)ing range.

Good pick though. He should be good. #Optobus - Scabeh

It's Wright.
It has to be. - Scabeh
why? I don't get why people are so pro Wright. if in their eyes he's the bpa, good, pick him!
if they judge he is not, then they'll pick someone else. for once I have full confidence in the management team I'll let them work and wait. I'll be happy whoever they select.
They sure pick up the best years to tank, don't they? - stinger67
thing is though it's probably harder to evaluate players from a "pandemic draft", the hype would probably be more intense and more positive under normal circumstances... Wright is probably going to be a damn good player, there's just more hesitation than usual, especially from people who don't really know what the (frank) they're talking about.

Sure, if they think there's a better player out there, they'll pick him.

If this is the logic, there would be nobody playing in any NHL city outside of maybe Tampa (without looking it up).
Maybe this should be the thing GM's in Canada promote. - AdamFrench

In my humble opinion, he's hands down the BPA. - Scabeh
well I didn't see any of these kids, like 99% of people here. so I'll trust Hughes. 5 years from now we'll all be able to judge if he made the right choice.
