Honestly I don't understand why anybody would want to see that

The story is interesting to me, but once again, to each his own. The critics were not very good for Cosmopolis but I did like that movie.

IIRC, he lives near the Sask/Alberta border from things he mentioned before.

Well...it's Cronenberg. When has he ever had anything but a "mixed" reception movie? People either love him or revile him.

That's not why they'd trade Necas. Trading him because he's basically just Kasperi Kapanen. Dude has stopped progressing. They needed him to be a threat and he just... wasn't.

To be a cheap, long term Jordan Staal replacement.

When the cap is 125 in 2027. KK's 4.82 will look like a steal.

Pretty much.

Too bad Bergevin felt the need to go after Dvorak, but it is what it is.

Fair enough.

End of the day i think they're going to have to get rid of some of Brind'amour's favourites again so he actually plays some guys. Like they had to trade Faulk so that he'd finally play Hamilton on the Powerplay.

Agreed ...

To be honest, Bergevin shouldn't have gone after Aho in the first place.
That's not a popular move (offer sheet) amongst GM's ... Bergy got what he deserved.

This, the subpar drafting/development and the Mailloux thing ... Molson probably had seen enough of Bergy and he decided to fire him.

I think Dvorak is better than what he's shown so far. I don't mind the trade too much, Habs needed a centre.

He had a pretty bad season and still played close to a 50 pts pace for an 82 games season.

He's done a number on Svech. Should have just given him his boy Brady when they had the chance.

I get that they needed a centre in a bad way, but another first round pick would have been nice. +, they may end up trading Dvorak down the road anyway. Not sure they will get the same return. He makes less sense for mtl in a rebuild. Maybe a stop gag untill Wright is ready.
