fun fact. Exclude Bjork and the Sabres signed roster consists of 12 first round picks and 3 second round picks. Krebs Quinn JJ Sam inc.
We've made some nice trades for some of these guys but Christ on the cross the drafting beyond the 34th pick has been horrifying. |

Met him twice both times was nothing but cool. Once was MANY Moons ago at his bar on Elmwood for New Years eve, then again at one of the last home games this year, took pictures with my whole family and had a good 10 min convo with him.

When my uncle passed away in August 2020, Ray stood outside for an hour and a half to come to his wake. They coached the Empire State games together years back.
During the early Covid times you were only allowed like 20 people in the funeral home at a time but yet Rob stood outside just so he could pay his respects my uncle and my family...

This is good to hear. Rob signed a Jersey (ray) for my nephew and took some pictures a few decades ago.
Was very cool, drew on my nephews neck with the sharpie " accidentally ".

It's 50-50 Split right now
- some in the organization fell he's another girgensons and not worthy of a first pick
-some in organization feel he Has untapped potential like Girgensons did but Never reached his level beacuse of lack of development
Miroshnichenko would be a target at 28 but buffalo has no problem moving up if they feel a team will take him
