I think they will sign him if he's any good. They are just taking their time here. Because they can.

That works. Personally I think NHD should be any damn day you want it to be... and as many days at that! Same for any damn tasty food that supposedly ain't any good for living a long healthy life... because coffee will offset anything that's bad for ya.

i also smelled some on the grill when i got home yesterday and almost sought out who was grilling to befriend them for the next few minutes (or as long as it would take me to eat one of their burgers) but i decided i already have more friends than i need and these neighbors are all pretty weird anyway.
