I think it is his shoulder. Skating wise he looks ok but his hands are not nearly as productive and more like Gauthier these playoffs. He is also trying to move the puck so quickly to help avoid contact.

Definitely the correct call. When it happened it was so obviously offside that I figured they ruled that the puck went back into the zone straight from Carolina possession.
